Privet! My name is Murilo Santiago, I'm 43 years old, and I'm the manager of recreational and educational activities at Paiol Grande Camp, located in São Bento do Sapucaí, Brazil. The CMIT program experience was incredible. Besides the cultural knowledge, you can learn about how everything is thought out, from procedures and organization to the execution of activities.

It's all inspiring. Currently, Paiol Grande's activities are held with large groups, and at Robin Hood, I saw how well each moment is worked with small groups. I needed this to rethink and apply it to our reality.

Furthermore, Robin Hood and the Paiol Grande Foundation have many things in common, the main one being the desire to transform people. The founders, Taras and Svetlana, demonstrate that love is applied in every moment and, like us, transform people's lives.

I thank each member of the team, especially Xenia, for their attention, affection, receptiveness, joy, and exchange of knowledge. I hope I left a little bit of Brazil with you, because know that I brought a little bit of Russia with me! Until next time! Spasibo!!!

The CMIT program opened my mind to various opportunities. During this journey, I was guided by extremely competent people, and each meeting brought me a new reflection on what it means to be part of a camp and a business that influences many children and teenagers around the world. By participating in this course, Robin Hood camp gave me the opportunity to understand all the topics related to management and educational pedagogy applied in each of the programs. In other words, they gave us a path full of options to improve our camp. I will always be very grateful for the experience.

Attending the Summer Camp Internship Program at Robin Hood Camp in Russia has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I am deeply grateful to the camp owner Taras, Svetlana, and the entire team, special thanks to Xenia for giving me the opportunity to contribute, learn, and share a part of my own culture with the children and staff.

One of the most memorable aspects for me was the chance to introduce Indian games and traditions, which were received with so much enthusiasm and curiosity. This cultural exchange highlighted the camp’s openness and inclusivity, making it not just a place for fun but also for mutual learning and respect.

What impressed me most was the way the camp is structured. From their thoughtful advertising to the way they ensure a safe and secure environment, everything is planned with children’s growth and well-being at the core. The management team and counselors worked tirelessly, yet the workload was balanced in such a way that no one felt overwhelmed. Instead, teamwork and support created a strong bond among us.

The activities were vibrant and diverse — from outdoor adventures like the Captain program and forest program, which looks very creative. Every activity was designed not just for entertainment but to instill values of team spirit, confidence, and self-growth. Watching children collaborate, laugh, and challenge themselves was a truly heartwarming experience.

This internship gave me new perspectives on leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. It also planted a vision in my heart — if I ever get the chance to manage or own a summer camp in India, I would aspire to create the same balance of fun, safety, cultural exchange, and meaningful growth that I witnessed here.

I leave this program with immense gratitude, unforgettable memories, and inspiration to bring similar experiences to children back home.

My time at the Camp Management Internship Training Program in Russia, organized by Robin Hood Camp, has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. From the very first day, I felt surrounded by so much care, support, and love that I never once felt far from home ,in fact, I hardly remembered I was away from my family.
A special thanks to Xenia, our Program Director, for being a constant guide, mentor, and friend, and to Taras, the owner and heart of Robin Hood Camp, for creating such a warm and welcoming place where we all felt like one family. This camp not only gave me knowledge and skills, but also lifelong memories and bonds of love that I will always carry in my heart.
Thank you for giving me a second family here in Russia.

Participating in the CMIT program has been one of the best experiences of my entire life. Not only because of all the new knowledge that I gained but also all the beautiful experiences and people we met on the journey.

With new adventures and activities everyday it not only gave me new ideas for my camp programs in Venezuela, but also a new perspective on camp and life that opened my mind to new possibilities. The Robin Hood family made me feel at home from the first moment. Its counselors, instructors, program directors, administrators, campers… Everyone welcomed us with open hearts and made us part of the family.

The camp offers a variety of activities and programs, each full of magic, adventure and fun! I loved each activity I tried and would love to be a kid again and try all the 12 different programs that Robin Hood offers. In the CMIT I participated in activities that I never had done before like buggy cars, shooting, blacksmithing, Katamaran and many more. But I could also see how activities that we do in our camp are held on the whole other side of the world and gain new ideas for them, like archery, horseback riding and high ropes!

There are no words to thank all the support and love Robin Hood gave us and CMIT, it's a program I would recommend every time and an experience that I'll hold close to my heart and will accompany me forever.

A few weeks ago, I had an amazing experience at Robin Hood Camp in Russia, where I took part in a training program to learn how to manage a summer camp.

From the first day, everyone made me feel right at home. People were incredibly friendly and cheerful. I was a little worried about the language barrier at first, but it wasn't a problem at all when it came to connecting with the staff, the directors, and the campers.

The camp has so many incredible and exciting activities! Robin Hood, Carolina, and Motor offer awesome programs full of energy, from concerts to performances. But my absolute favorites were definitely Capitanes and Forest Hunter they were so much fun!

It was truly inspiring to see the huge amount of talent from both the staff and the kids. I’m taking back so many new ideas, skills, and activities that I can’t wait to use not only at my camp in Venezuela but also in my daily life. I met wonderful people, full of talent and a passion for teaching.

I’m so grateful for everything I learned and for how welcomed I felt. Thank you for making me part of the family. It was an unforgettable experience!
